⚫ High-quality spaghetti
⚫ A clove of garlic
⚫ Dried chilli
⚫ 1 large burrata (mozzarella shell, with a creamy stracciatella centre)
⚫ Single cream
⚫ Bread crumbs
First things first, prepare the burrata cream by cutting the burrata into pieces and adding single cream (it must not be too liquid, so dose the cream well) to it in a saucepan.
After cooking it over a low flame, whisk it to make it more velvety.
Next, toast the bread crumbs in a non-stick pan with no fats, then set aside in a dry area.
In a wok, fry the garlic and chilli in e.v. olive oil, then remove the garlic.
Lastly, cook the spaghetti “al dente” and add the sauce to it in the wok.
Spread some sauce at the bottom of the serving dish, top it with the spaghetti already rolled around a fork and sprinkle the bread crumbs over it. Add a bit of love and the dish is ready!
The idea is to create a very simple dish that has the capability and flavour to amaze thanks to its well-defined Mediterranean taste. It is visually minimalistic with creamy colours and shades of ivory.
